China has changed its contract with Hong Kong for the first time since 1997. Takeaway is that Hong Kong may operate with less autonomy from mainland China. Hong Kong is China’s economic gateway to the West. There will most likely be economic consequences if businesses no longer feel comfortable being based in HK.

Here you can learn about temporal databases and their use cases. Interesting and useful for reconstructing events in time and space, and there is a whole market for this (for example in defense - if you observe high value targets, you can reconstruct who was around them, on what day, and at what time).
Random:
Cool book concept - Burn-In: A Novel of the Real Robotic Revolution by P. W. Singer is a sci-fi book about where AI/automation will take us. Just starting this, but I’m sure it will be interesting.
